This faster machine has extra tooling options that has enabled us to manufacture parts quicker and increase our capacity to complete your orders quickly.

At DP Engineering, we operate a large variety of state-of-the-art milling machines, and this enables us to increase our capacity and capability to the sectors we work with.
Our high speed milling service is capable of manufacturing small to medium sized batch runs, and with our staff to oversee the automatic loading, we can extend our machining hours, meaning your product can be developed quickly and efficiently.
We have recently invested in the Bridgeport XR600 5 axis vertical machining centre, which enables us to increase our speed, precision and productivity to give you the competitive edge you need.
Assembly
Delivering a range of components
Our dedicated assembly facility on the DP Engineering factory floor, ensures that we can deliver a complete range of components for our customers. Our team of experts will machine, assemble and fit your parts, to the highest quality, finished standard.
Our ERP system allows us to build bill of material (BOM) from stock where parts are pre kitted aiding a fast and efficient assembly process.
