The Kanban principles allows us to continually manufacture and deliver cost effectively in small to large batch sizes with no waste. From prototype work through to batch production we can produce in excess of 250,000 units and offer next day delivery on over 500 Kanban items running on a MRP system.

Kaizen events have been employed across all the sectors of the business with a focus on 5S methodology. This has resulted in a workplace that is clean, safe, uncluttered, and well organized that optimizes productivity.
